Mahmoud Fathy Ghonim
Co-Founder and L&D Consultant
Professional bio: With more than 17 years of proven track experience record and a total of 12 years in training & development field with several local and multinational organizations within the telecommunication, BPO, research & development, insurance, real state, and Visa Facilitation industries. Mahmoud has come to concentrate and convey all of his efforts and knowledge acquired to dedicate it to the field of learning & skill enhancement in the form of trainings, applied workshops, consultancy & global changes in knowledge and capability sets. As human development specialist Mahmoud was given the chance to conduct sessions, workshops & seminars to over 11,000 trainees from the different walks of life & business; starting with high school students, university students, juniors, seniors, middle management and even the top management of multinational organizations. The spark of diversity has helped him greatly digging deeper for his career in the field of learning & development. As he has started his master's in human resources aiming to continue his studies in human psychology, pedagogy & practical education to profoundly use the link between Learning, training & Development along with the use of competency mapping to help the improving calibers abilities professionally and to fulfill his Vision “Enhancing People’s Skills and Ethics.
